To cultivate appreciation and development of local food and drink through culinary experiences in the community of Muskoka & Parry Sound.
Our Vision
- Contributing to increased annual production and consumption and of locally produced food and drink resulting in increased revenue for our membership
- Marketing the SAVOUR Muskoka brand and quality verification seal
- Running successful annual signature events
- Operating a self sustaining,fully staffed hub and outreach center with space, offerings and resources for the total network
- To assist in "growing" relationships between farmers, value-added producers, chefs and retailers
- To nurture a supportive community of consumers through education, marketing, cross promotion and outreach
