Jeremy Blencowe attended Georgian College completing the culinary management program. He is now the executive chef at the Trillium Resort and Spa in Port Sydney. Since taking over the position he is making the menu his own by introducing a fresh new edgy take on local inspired dishes.

At Trillium Resort Jeremy is responsible for overseeing all back of the house staff as well as ordering, planning, preparation and food quality control.

Prior to joining the Trillium Resort and Spa Jeremy worked at various Lodges and Resorts including 5 seasons at Bartlett Lodge in Muskoka and brings with him a wealth of creativity and knowledge from working under many talented chefs.
