Our Mission is to supply, and produce the best meats possible, using the finest ingredients available. We value quality, care, and attention to detail.
Our Vision is a return to traditional farming and meat processing methods which avoid the use of growth hormones, feed additives such as meat bi-products, extensive preservatives, binders, and fillers.
We are the only licenced free standing meat plant in Muskoka!
This means that our high standards of production have been recognized and inspected by OMAFRA.
